We aim to provide high-quality education that meets the needs of every pupil, especially the most vulnerable, by blending innovation with existing best practice. We find and develop outstanding staff who are committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pupils. We believe that the wellbeing of pupils and staff is key to their successful futures. Our vision can be distilled into three key principles:
Turning Around lives
As we move forward, these key principles underpin the development of our Trust. Our vision is for a partnership of good and outstanding schools working collaboratively together to ensure that we raise achievement for every child. We plan to create a cluster of mainstream, special and Alternative Provision academies with the skills, expertise, and resources to ensure the best outcomes for every pupil, especially the most vulnerable and disadvantaged.
Each academy retains its own unique ethos and identity whilst benefiting from the broader skills, expertise and career development opportunities within the Trust. The development of our Teaching School will provide the framework for focused professional development and school improvement. Our schools will be the foundation and catalyst that enable young people to be successful, happy and able to make positive choices about their futures.
We also want the best outcomes for our staff with the opportunity to develop professionally through collaborative working across the trust and the sharing of evidence-based practice. We have the highest expectations of both pupils and staff.
