Members
Our Members are the guardians of our ethos, values and strategic vision. They have ultimate responsibility for the academy Trust, with the ability to appoint and remove Trustees and the right to amend the Trust’s articles of association. Members provide an additional layer of accountability and scrutinise the actions of the Board in an ‘eyes on, hands off’ manner. They receive the Trustees’ Annual Report and attend general meetings. Our Members identify a ‘lead’ Member, who ensures that the Members as a group are well informed about the operation of the Trust.
